When I was 33 years old, after the birth of my daughter, I faced a cascade of hormonal dysfunctions: endometriosis, ovarian cysts, migraines, insomnia, hypothyroidism, estrogen dominance and adrenal insufficiency. My weight climbed despite counting calories, exercising, and following conventional advice. Exhausted and frustrated, I realized I needed to stop starving myself and dig deeper into nutrition, hormones, and other factors driving my health issues. Through relentless research, trial and error I finally found answers. My passion for healing grew into expertise in bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid conditions, adrenal health, and tackling weight loss resistance.
Fast forward to my early 40s, I faced premature ovarian failure, thrusting me into menopause—far too soon. What felt like a curse turned into a mission. I reversed my menopause and deepened my knowledge through certifications in hormone health, bioidentical hormone repalcement therapy, thyroid, and gut health. Today, I empower women with the tools and evidence-based solutions they need to overcome perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. There’s no need to suffer through weight gain, night sweats, anxiety, or hormonal chaos. With the right strategies and support, you can reclaim your vitality and feel incredible at any age.

I started in the fitness industry about 10 years ago as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Soon after, I realized that helping people reach their health goals was a lot more than just how much you move your body, but also about what you eat, how you sleep and how you manage your stress levels. This motivated me to get a nutrition, hormone specialist and gut health specialist certification so I could help people tackle their health issues from a foundational perspective.
I work alongside Karen and together we are determined to bring our expertise to women around the world. I am an expert on body building, women’s hormone health, personalized nutrition, peptide therapy and chronic illness.

I specialize in hormone replacement therapy, and peptides, within the realm of functional medicine in women’s health. I believe in addressing the underlying causes of hormonal imbalances and creating tailored treatment plans that promote optimal health and vitality.
Beyond any of my credentials, certifications, courses, books, and research, nothing has taught me more than the client in front of me and my personal experience of going through perimenopause and menopause myself. There is no one size fits all!
In working alongside Karen and her team, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where there is open communication and trust can flourish, and healing can begin!
My personal journey with undiagnosed thyroid issues and weight management challenges ignited my passion for women’s health. Overcoming these struggles has deepened my understanding of the body’s intricate functions and fueled my commitment to addressing the root causes of health issues, not just the symptoms. I firmly believe that true wellness comes from knowledge, self-advocacy, and empowering others to take control of their health.
I’m passionate about supporting our practice in these areas, and I’m excited to help women navigate their own health journeys.
